Actually, it isn't until tomorrow, but we had a SURPRISE party for him tonight! Hehehe. And no, he won't hear of it from this blog since he doesn't know about my blog. Yet *wink!*There were a lot of people at Kamay Kainan. I hated the food obviously, since it was Filipino fare, far from my list of fave foods. Even the dessert was disappointing! Oh well. At least Father Benny was sort of surprised. Sort of because he said he was kind of hoping that someone would throw him a birthday party. I couldn't believe it when Mom told me that Fr. Benny had NEVER had a birthday party thrown for him AT ALL! *jaw dropping moment here*. Can you believe that! So of course she wanted to plan something for this awesome family friend. :)

What did we get Fr. Benny for his special day? He loves Yankee candles, so we gave him a medium-sized housewarmer bottle. If I had planned ahead, I could have gotten a great deal on candles with some Candlebay coupons available online. No, it's not Yankee, but Candlebay candles smell good, too! :) I adore shopping online, really. It makes everything so much smoother and so much faster. Of course, it all depends on the type of internet provider one has, but I can live with ours at home :)
And obviously, shopping online is much more pleasurable if you can save money while you're at it too! Hehehe. This plethora of coupon codes is a treasure trove of savings! From amazon to zappos, there's a coupon in there somewhere for your saving pleasure *wink!*. I am bookmarking this site for future reference!
